  3. To meet the evolving market information and relative performance data needs of key industry participants; including building owners, managers, lenders, occupants and their advisors, suppliers and service providers.
  4. To provide key industry participants with the data and tools needed to increase personal, corporate and industry wide performance and to increase the perceived value, cost effectiveness and uniqueness of their offerings and services.
