Building Type	Definition
Light Industrial	Condominium/Strata	A multiple tenant industrial property or complex with the units being individually owned.
	Multiple Tenant - Big Bay	An industrial property that contains 2 or more separate tenants.
	Multiple Tenant - Small Bay	An industrial property that contains 2 or more separate units, typically referred to as an Industrial Mall.
	Mini-Warehousing/Self-Storage	An industrial property or complex which offers small, individual storage spaces.
	Multiple Storey/Loft	An industrial property that consists of multiple storeys (typically 3 or more).
	Single Tenant	An industrial property that consists of one tenant space and was originally built to accommodate a single, large tenant.
	Owner Occupied Single Tenant	An industrial property that consists of one tenant space, which is occupied by the owner of the property and was originally built to accommodate a single, large tenant.
Medium/Heavy Industrial	Automotive assembly	Any industrial facility that is occupied by a company involved in the assembly of automobiles.
	Automotive parts production plant	Any industrial facility that is occupied by a company involved in the production of automotive parts.
	Cold Storage	Any industrial facility that is occupied by a company involved in the storage and distribution of refrigerated or frozen goods.
	Heavy manufacturing (non-automotive)	Any industrial facility that is occupied by a company involved in large-scale manufacturing.
	Steel Production/Processing	Any industrial facility that is occupied by a company involved in the processing of steel or steel products.
	Truck Terminal	Any industrial facility that is purpose-built to accommodate the transfer of goods between truck trailers.
Infrastructure	Power Generation	Any industrial facility or installation which is involved in the generation, storage and transmission of electricity.
	Railway	The land occupied by rail tracks and associated equipment and structures.
