Frequently Asked Questions

Lost your userid or password?

If you have lost your userid or password, please use the Password Retrieval tool on our login page and our automated system will send your login details to you via email (Click here for detailed instructions). If your email is not found in our system, please contact us by email.

Having trouble logging in?

You must be registered as a user attached to a Subscriber Company to login. Our login system uses a cookie to authenticate your login details. Please ensure that you have cookies enabled in your internet browser. Also ensure that our site is included in your list of trusted sites in your browser.

Your login can only be used on one computer or device at a time. If you are currently logged in on another computer, you will receive the following message “This account is already logged in. Check the box below to take over this session.”   Selecting the checkbox will log your account off the other device and allow you to continue to log in on your current computer.

Need to update your account information?

You can update your user information by clicking on your name, which appears at the top right hand side of the page and selecting "Update Profile" on the dropdown menu.

Having problems printing or saving to a PDF?

We have optimized our reports to print properly on a standard 8.5 x 11 page using the most recent versions of Internet Explorer and Firefox. Most modern browsers will automatically size the output to suit your individual printing preferences. In some instances, you may need to adjust your margins in Page or Print Setup. You can also modify or remove the text that may automatically appear in headers and footers of your output. For Internet Explorer and Firefox users margins, headers, and footers settings will be in the Tools or Page Setup menu. If you require further assistance please contact us by email.

Already registered?

If you have already registered for access and have confirmed your login details and continue to have problems logging in, contact us by email.

Already a subscriber?

If you have registered for access and your company is currently a subscriber, please contact us by email to upgrade your account so you can access the additional search or reporting tools your subscription entitles you to.

Looking for additional access?

If you would like information on obtaining access to our powerful reporting tools, follow the link to Subscription Options from the menu on our About page or contact us by email. Someone will contact to you to arrange for a demonstration session to learn more about your objectives and provide information on access options and pricing.

​Do you want to add your listing to Altus InSite?

If you are looking to add a listing to building you are not yet an associated contact for (which could include sublease listings), or the building is not yet in the system, please email us the listing information and we will add it for you.

Need to update your buildings or available spaces?

If you are an approved contact for one or more buildings or spaces in our system, you can review and update your listings using our online update system. You can update any of your buildings or available spaces by following the link to the Update tab where you can access your list of properties and available spaces. You must be logged in to access your listings and submit changes to them. If you require any assistance with accessing, reviewing or updating your buildings or available space listings, please contact us by email and one of our administration staff will be pleased to assist you.

Can't find the report you are looking for?

Please contact us by email and someone will contact you to arrange for a personal or group orientation and training session at a convenient time for you or your team.
